I launch ARMA Combined Operations, but on the right side, it does not show DayZ, cannot join any servers.

I followed those instructions exactly, but if I launched ARMA 2 and Combined Operations separately before downloading/installing DayZ, could that have caused it? Or do I need to delete all my DayZ files and launch Combined Operations as one game?

(I have steam and I went to the menus for both games)

EDIT: Wow.... forgot to put the problem in, the problem is I can't join any servers, they all have red X's.
