Col.Hannabal Smith 1 Posted July 16, 2012 Since updating to the most recent beta patch and updating all my dayz files, every time I try to join a server all I get is a "waiting for host" message and a black background screen and this is for any server i have tried and it doesn't load I've waited for like 15mins in case it was just slow or something. zammyman 3 Posted July 16, 2012 Beta patch 94945 is causing serious issues for dayz users. To fix the issues roll your beta build back to 94876 that can be found here http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ . liamcz@hotmail.com 98 Posted July 17, 2012 Ok so I installed the BE files and i am still getting the same problem, also I cannot reinstall BE from the game menu options in steam, any time i click on it nothing happen!To delete the current BE files, you need to go into the main arma 2 oa foler, go into expansion, battleye and run the .exe. Once this is done, delete any remaining BE folders and then install the beta again and it will install the corresponding BE folders and files. Then you should be able to replace your .dll's.
