Searching Admin from US 263 (260, 261,262) named Kilo

Hey guys,

I am searching a guy named Kilo who's administrator of the servers mentioned in the topic title.

In his welcome message ot the server he writes that his steam name is fsfkilo - but I can't find him there... There is a guy on xfire with the same username but I can't find additional informations. Also the search in this forum don't give any good results.

Can anyone help?
