Fools 0 Posted July 16, 2012 Since the last patch I'm having trouble connecting to any server, hanging at "Waiting for host" I can see people in the servers and the server MOTD displays along with server information such as "X has died" but nothing happens.I'm running DayZ through Worrom's DayZUpdater 1.61.I'm running ARMA II patch 94945I'm running DayZ 1.7.2.3I've noticed at the top of the main menu there seems to be "> p" Where I'm pretty sure it was not there before.I've never come across this error before, halp. Fools 0 Posted July 16, 2012 (edited) Apparently the latest Beta is incorrect, trying previous beta and will report back.Working confirmed! Edited July 16, 2012 by Fools
CPD - Delithralas 10 Posted July 16, 2012 I had the same issue when I updated to the latest ArmA II Beta Patch.I just downgraded one, and it worked fine again. It seems to be an issue with the new Beta Patch (Maybe the servers haven't updated yet).
critical 11 Posted July 16, 2012 Latest beta IS working correctly but it also requires the server owners and players to update to the newest BattlEye files.

Fools 0 Posted July 16, 2012 (edited) This dosent make sence at all? There's two things you need to download,If the server is saying your version is out of date on the server listings that is the Beta VersionIf the server is saying your version is out of date when you're logged into the game. that is the DayZ VersionYou need the latest DayZ Version. You need the previous Beta Version.DayZ Version is updated using SixLauncher/DayZupdaterBeta Version is updated using http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php Edited July 16, 2012 by Fools
