UK63 [lulz] clan are butthurt admins

After reading the reply by metalhead, the Villayer servers not being so great right now, and the (sadly) circumstantial proof only...I am dropping my accusation about the lulz clan. Though I will add that the entire set of events looks suspicious to us.

tl;dr - UK63 has butthurt admins when it comes to stealing their truck.

My friend found a truck filled with weapons and ammo on UK63.....sadly, it was owned by [lulz] m3t4lh34d. Shame on you metalhead! SHAME ON YOU for turning off the server so we couldn't steal your truck.

He was incredibly butthurt when we got on that the server was shut down and started back up to change it from full day to absolute darkness. Even fullscreen with gamma/brightness at max was not enough to see. Thankfully I stole 1 of the 12 NVGs that was on the truck ^^

Here's my post on reddit. Unfortunately my fraps was not registered so the videos aren't exactly concrete proof. I don't have any time to edit them together but I will try.

The reaction of the admin was selfish and childish, i mean a driveable vehicle is for everybody and not only for him, or was his name written on it? And from a clan called "lulz" i assume only trolls are in this clan :(

To start off with i'm going to apologise for the server going down but it was out of my control, the servers have been up and down all weekend (resulting in downtime for most of Sunday morning and afternoon)

In total since the server started up at the begining of July there have been about 7 days of downtime due to the server going down with 'Status:Unknown'

As for this incident, i found the truck while running back in towards stary via devils castle (assumed it had been portal'd), and thats when your friend stated shooting at me.(didn't shoot your friend who was very obviously out in the open) Messaged him saying don't shoot, bandaged, and took the truck again leaving your friend be with whatever he'd taken. Then when i get back north. I gave him the choice of leaving with the stuff he'd taken but he chose to come back after me.

On returning to our base there he was waiting for me, I had no choice other to kill or i'd have been shot myself thats when you server hopped in shot me and left me to bleed out.

At no point did I disconnect, I had no bandages so I was screwed regardless. I have no idea how your friend managed to get from devil's castle to our base on foot in the same time it took me to in a vehicle...

shame you're 'corrupt' footage doesn't show me respawning due to having 1500blood and sitting in the lobby for a couple of minutes discussing with lolbroccoli about the incident,

As for the Server going from day to night, speak to Villayer about that, we have and we've yet to get any idea why it does that when the server restarts either... The Vilayer servers are currently messed up due to the ACP panel being screwed, thats the only information i've been given as to why random reboots and endless server downtime happens. (despite your video having no day to night changes)

Oh and that loot you stole, was shit we'd collected through alot of time and effort which was gonna be given around to newbs on the coast to try and balance out the fact that bandits seem to like shooting new guys with no guns. Ask some of the noobs who come on the server, we always try to help out the new guy and after many bandit encounters still do not shoot on site, such was the situation with your friend, up in the tree's I simply drove away. You came chasing after me, weren't much more i could do that take him down.

Like i said you're more than welcome to some free stuff at cherno when we head down that way, and the vehicles will be left scattered close by for new players, but accusations like this are uncalled for as it hurts both the servers and the admins who spend their own money to give people a server to call home. As for your friend server hopping to the rescue, we don't allow this sort of behaviour especially to gain position or advantage, if you have a home server, stick to it, don't go ruining other peoples servers just for gear that you would rather steal than work for

Steal or find, there are no rules about loot. Only about disconnecting, abusing power, and hacks/cheats.

You're missing the point, bandits can be bandits friendlies can be friendlies, we're not about picking sides or telling people how to play the game, we're there to help. You guys took our truck, fair enough, i took it back (without bloodshed) you then came back with a vendetta, so i shot your mate, you shot me, i bled out in the field. The cycle ends, accusing me of disconnecting is another story, and accusing us of rebooting the server is again, a bit harsh if you don't have any evidence,

it may seem suspect but atleast try checking up on this first. Whether or not you saw the 'm3t4lh34d' was killed message or not i don't know, but you could clearly see plain as day that i was laying there unconscious, then i got up, and then fell over again, dead... if you didn't see that then fair enough, but if you want proof, as soon as the server is fixed i'll be starting up in cherno like the rest of the players, i'm sure your buddy who i shot will be there also so he might even see me.

As for server hopping to gain position, that is the point i will pull you up on. You weren't on the server until your made had trouble, and you magically spawned in an advantagous position, as shown in your video' seems pretty suspect to me but i won't hold grudges on that.

You will however, be warned that this sort of play is something i don't like on the server as its not fair on other players, but at end of the day you got some of our loot, enjoy. Please don't come looking for more, it will be diistributed fairly amongst newbs as was previously intended and i think that is the best outcome for this. You were obviously well kitted out, the new guys aren't and they get picked off quick by bandits.

I did not see the metalhead was killed message and your body was not there at all. I did indeed hop server as yours had no map positioning and without GPS & compass I ran all the way to 014-044 before realizing I was lost.

I admit that I hopped server but you should admit that while you were in the lobby discussing this with lolbroccolli the server "happened" to go down. As far as it not being fair on other players...you can say that again to clans that hoard vehicles at the edge of the map, admins that lock servers for personal gain and people that use hacks.

Yes I was well kitted out thanks to the luckiest day I've had in dayz and the NVG I got from your truck.

You don't need to warn me. I'm not going to log on to UK63 anymore :P

I'm not denying the fact the server went down, The server came back up for a few minutes then went down again then it was off for good and still is, I'm not denying its very coincidental, I can only give my word that the server went down of its own cause. The only thing I have the back me up is the numerous threads stating some issues with vilayer servers caused by the ACP panel that is causing Status:Unknown and frequent outages.

Yea...we decided to find that truck and get at least 1 or two nice primaries and 3 NVGs. Let the hunt begin when UK63 is back up

Lol probably server hopping with it, oh well i'm sure i'll be able to get another little stockpile i can dump in cherno, gonna take some time though we spent weeks going through that lot. Seems to be everytime we get to the point where we're gonna unload it someone gets their mits on it and we have to start over. I think the pickup is still there, or someones using it to bait other people coz there's a marker on the map now

Starting from 0 why? Low on food and water? If you had spawned on the server the pickup should have still been there (had all stuff in it), haven't seen it driving around cherno beeping its horn yet lol

A lot of servers have been having this same crash. Rollback sucks. Really though accusing someone of cheating when you clearly cheated yourself is stupid. Posting his camps location on a public forum is bullshit. Your a **** for doing that.

Well excuuuuuuse me, princess =P but given what I went through I find it hard to believe that anyone would think, "Oh, it must be the server hoster that has problems. Not the guy who owns it who I am currently shooting." But thank you for your constructive criticism. I'll take it to heart....not :C
