Unable to give blood transfusion. Multiple attempts

What happened: Even with blood bag in active inventory, could not get the option to pop up. multiple attempts across a 30 min time span.

Where you were: traveling through the countryside near Berezino

What you were doing: I needed a blood transfusion, my friend was not able to give me one, no option popped up. I was able to give him one successfully, but even after dropping the bag, and then picking it back up (maybe to try and reset it or something) he was never able to get the option for it to pop up. tried multiple angles, different locations, nothing worked.

*Timeline of events before/after error: I lost blood and needed blood transfusion. My friend did have a tent in his active inventory, along with a blood bag. no matter from what angle or distance, was not able to get a blood transfusion to pop up. i was able to give him one successfully, but he couldnt give me one. we swapped the bloodbag, and i was able to see the option to give him a blood transfusion, but once i gave it back to him, he continued to not get the option to give me a blood transfusion.
