Stuck unconcious

Sorry just got the game about 2 hours ago but ran into a problem I was attacked by a zombie then ran into a house for shelter while in there my blood ran to 4000 and stopped and I fell unconscious and the the clock symbol in the middle wasn't moving and I can bring up the esc menu or anything so I alt + f4 relogged on a different server and spawned in the middle of a field and fell down unconscious with the same amount of health

Update: it is moving, but very very very slowly, like been logged in now for 40mins and I can now see where is has gone down a small bit

Nevermind, the server disconnected me and after logging back in the meter had reset.

So messing around with it enough during a short time during the load screen I can hit esc and press respawn or abort

and it kills me but I'm still stuck at the same health and the hourglass is still there when it respawns me

but this time i'm standing and it says my legs are broken

Stuck like this and the hourglass doesn't move but the camera does, still panning around

same thing has happened to me. I dont know what to do.

I've been trying to fix anything I think might help it but nothing is working

Nope, as soon as I join a server my character drops dead and I can't open up and menus, but there is a small frame while it's loading that I can so I pressed respawn during that time and it killed me and basically started over I spawned in a new area but same thing, my character went unconscious with the same amount of health as last time

Can I atleast get a admin to help me or kill me/reset me? Something, i've tried every fix I can think of and every version

FYI this is what it looks like when I make that small frame and can respawn, yes I have to take a pic with my phone cause the screen capture button doesn't work
