Two chars. on one Acc. ?

Hi I have this strange problem, a few days ago I was killed by an cheater ( invisible guy shoot me, reported it on the forums ). After that i quit the game, 2 h later I wanted to join a server and I saw that all my gear is back, like I was never killed. The next Day I want to join a server and I get to choose my gender etc, like a new char./life . WTF ? so ok I quit get to a different server, same problem. Got to the third server and all my stuff is back. I thought this could be because the servers are not connect to the Dayz-main-server. But no my friends can connect normal and play with their stuff. One thing that I noticed is that , I get a long loading screen when I get my stuff. So it looks like I have two chars. One is a new spawned and the other is the one with my stuff. Oo ?
