Zombies can be outsmarted but can see you perfectly still when you are crouching in the grass at 100m. Zombies become incredibly annoying but are less of an actual threat.

"More difficulty means the game is more realistic, and that means the gameplay will be better! Difficulty = Realism = Gameplay!"

You cannot simulate life in a game, much less a game with a broken engine. You honestly think I'm going to starve in a wilderness full of edible plants, and thirst in a rainstorm in which I could cup my hands together and drink? Really?

Peace out. I'll be back when DayZ for ARMA 3 comes out to see if it has improved. If not, whatever.

99% of people could piece together "cup hands, drink"

But not everyone knows which plants to eat ...

I do agree with you HOWEVER

The fact that its changed so much? is a good thing...at least he doesn't just ignore it and leave it alone, getting it wrong 100 times is okay if he eventually finds that sweet spot :) its juts nice to see a dev actually making patches often.

I don't know, I think this mod needs to get in the direction where it is inconvienant to kill someone, rather than team up with them.

There was a thread where they said "Make DayZ a Living Hell", but I can't find it since the website update
