Looking to play with people or a buddy

Looking to play with someone or a group. Must have a mic and use either teamspeak or Skype makes it easier to use mics that way then the games way. Also Be nice if you could meet me half way. I tried meeting a group inside a town and well i died then they moved on so something easier would be helpful. ( I died because of running into another group i thought was them that shot me to shit.
