Fps problem in the game

when I'm trying to play DayZ, after a fresh restart of my computer the game runs perfect on 1280x1024 on normal quality on about 60-80 fps all perfect and nice, after about 3 hours\if I die, no matter where I respawn the game becomes slow as hell, about 10-20fps from what it looks like and its impossible to play, restarting the game wont change it, I can play other games like BF3\Dota 2 without problems(only 2 games that cameup to my mind at the moment) ,and to fix this issue I have to restart the entire computer..

is there a fix for this? if there isn't I'll be forced to quit.. I hate to sound like a jerk, but I paid 30$ for this game by only looking at videos of it by other players on youtube, it looked amazing there, but its horrible when I'm playing it, and please stop with the referrance of the "Its in the beta", it seems like I'm the only one having it.. my friend also had that problem but when he restarts the game it works just fine for him.. I have to restart my entire computer.

windows 7 32bit,

4GB Ram

Intel core 2 Q8400 Quad core 2.66Ghz

560Gtx non ti 1GB ram
