Ingame Ban from server control disabled?

Having no end of trouble trying to find GUID and get ppl banned due to the blatantly retarded nature of the BE system (no pause break for log streaming, no log parsing, Rcon just doesnt work and says that it did) and so I find this guy in my server abusing voip like most useless trolls that dont have the basic level of intelligence to do scripts and login as admin and just MASH bans on him like nobodies business and nothing happens he just sits there in my server and keeps connecting after I kick him.

Seriously ridiculous the minute level of power and control we have been given as server owners really, I finally find his player ID in the blitz run of the web console (we dont need to see it sending shit to the hive its clutter) and do a rcon ban command from my acp layer and..... nothing 45 min of work and all i can do is kick him with full control of my server.

People will stop bothering to host this game and it will loose its momentum if we cant deal with these people in a more reasonable and working manner.

Simply check the logs from when he connected - it will show his GUID. After that, add it to the ban file, not that hard.

If you need to be even simpler, download RCON GUI, it's pretty useful for server admins - and allows you to ban without any commands, just right click+ban.

I ended up having to kick him after i loaded the bans then he didnt seem to be able to come back in, I have a rcon gui where i can input commands in my server layer and after finding his ID added him via the rcon and loaded bans but it didnt actually kick him, let him stay in the server, but after i kicked him again from in game controls he didnt seems to come back
