Looking for a Clan

I'm new to the game all together both ArmA and DayZ. I have been playing DayZ for a few days now and i want to join a clan that works together. The time i have spent trying to "survive" is terrible tho. i've died way more than i should have. Every person i've encountered has killed me on the spot. I've yet to find any weapons what so ever. so basically. i'm an epic n00b looking for a good survivor clan.
