Constantly Freezing

I don't know why but when I try to play ARMA 2, OA or DayZ I get constant freezing. Changing the graphical settings doesn't work. It freezes every 2 seconds. The part in between isn't bad but the freezing makes it unplayable.

My Specs Are:

AMD FX™-4170 Quad-Core Processor (rated at 4.2ghz)

Radeon HD 6850

4GB RAM

Windows 7 64-bit

Go to video settings, advanced settings, turn off vsync and turn video settings to default. That worked for me.
