i want modificate the .pbo files of game

want make a final to the game(a final like "resident evil:afterlife",with an helicopter and all) i want know how i make this plz answer meee!!

Dont expect to get any help around here, you arent supposed to modify the files. And even if you did, you are likely not gonna be able to join any servers
