what does ch mean like [ch:off] and how do i know if there is cars and stuff on it? (on the server ofc)

3DP:ON and 3DP:OFF means 3rd person view enable or disabled

CH:ON and CH:OFF means crosshairs enabled or disabled

:)

EDIT: as for cars "and stuff", all servers will have cars either being used by other players or waiting to be repaired
