you can recycle the trash loot on normal spots and it will respawn with in 10mins

No. There are 6 (4? I don't get them... ever) loot spawns on every crash site. They only spawn once per crash site. You can empty the loot spots on the chopper and nothing will respawn until the server resets and the crash site relocates.
