what do they look like in loot piles, do they look like those green bags or so they look like binoculars for example

NVG's are the green satchel that look exactly like makarov ammo

Make sure your looking everywhere around those crashed heli's that's where I found mine.

Found nvgs on a barracks trip and they look like they would look while you wear them. They look like night vision goggles. Not a green pouch.
