Is it a hacked weapon?

My buddie killed a group of 3 with 2 of them using this weapon.

I can't find it in the wiki list so my mind goes to that it maybe is hacked.

Nope its not hacked.

My and my Team found it several times in the barracks.

Spawns pretty often.
