Trade for antibiotics?

Hey guys,

In a recent altercation with infected whilst retreating, my girlfriend has become afflicted with the 'hey let's lose 3 blood per second' illness and from what I can tell antibiotics are the only way to go. We tried food, painkillers and blood bags but to no avail. If there is a cure I've missed, help a semi-noob out?

I really don't have anything of value. I know right? Asking for a rare drop and I don't have much. Probably going out on to much of a limb here. I can offer my Remington w/ flashlight and 4 rounds of slugs or a full jerry can if you're a vehicle enthusiast. I have most of the basic tools, name some random thing, maybe I have it.

Heading off to bed now but I should be next online in 12 hours or so. We're located in the north eastern quadrant of the map. Simple folk that live off the land and make the occasional run out of the forest for supplies.

If i were you, I would try to find a place where you can kill her, and then have her run back to you quickly to reclaim all of her items.

Antibiotics are pretty rare, i've only ever seen them twice and i've been playing for a long time and raid the hospital on a daily basis.

Don't goto NEAF looking for antibiotics, it's wide open and more often than not, server hopping snipers will spawn up on olsha hill, which is NE of the actual strip, just outside the tree line. Plus you won't find them there. Goto berezino and check the hospitals, that's your best bet.
