BattlEye not responding

Hi guys i am having an issue with my BattlEye When ever i try to join an American server ( I am from NZ but the Australian server has just disappeared) i get kicked with an error that says BattlEye client not responding. I have tried reinstalling multiple times but it has not worked, does anyone know what the issue could be?

Also this never happened in the Austalian server for some reason.

BattleEye tends to kick you when you are lagging e.g. you have a high ping, I believe its if it exceeds 300?? Maybe thats just a random figure I made up, its been a long day okay :P but yeah battle eye kicking is normally to do with connection issues and since you are connecting from NZ that may be the case.

I'm on NZ Telecom ADSL and I can get in, however I know of another person in NZ who can't connect to international servers either. Real annoying.

I get the exact same problem. (From NZ also). I'm just going to assume its because of the ping that's why I cannot connect to any of the international servers.

If anyone does know of a fix it would be great to hear, Otherwise I'm going to have to wait for another AUS/NZ server :(

Hmmmm so i just tried playing in the NZ server and i am still being kicked with the same error. Anyone else had this problem before and know how to fix it?
