How to contact server admins?

I have a few tents in NL114 and it seems like after server restart they disappeared, I did remember to save all and everything so that should not be the issue and i read that it happens from time to time.

Server restart of some kind apparently gets all the stuff back though.

So how would I go by trying to contact an admin for NL114 or any server?
