slicshuter 1 Posted July 15, 2012 Climbing ladders in this game is a very tedious and annoying task. When being chased by zombies, it's impossible to escape by ladder, and it would be brilliant if the character could get on it faster.I understand that a gun must be put away, but I've just died because while running away, I immediately selected to climb a ladder, stopped for 2 seconds, then put my gun away, then stopped for another 2 seconds, then while on the ladder I couldn't climb for 1 second, and by this time I had dropped from about 10,000 blood to below that, and knocked unconscious. Can't the time be shortened from 6 seconds to 3 or 4? It's agony just watching your character slowly and casually put his gun away, then lightly place his hands on the rungs, all while being mauled to death by zombies and then knocked unconscious before he can even move up 2 steps. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
CQ2 2 Posted July 31, 2012 It's not the speed of ladders that annoys me, it's the fall to the ground, break every bone, lay unconscious and bleed out til death bit that annoys me.Zombies and other players don't scare me, but those ladders. My last 3 deaths have been because I glitched at the top of a ladder and fell to my death. (No I haven't accidentally hit 'drop'). Until they fix them i'm only using the stairs.
