Suggestion: New forum for forum issues.

I recently had an issue with the forums hosting limit and realized that there is no forum dedicated to discussing forum specific topics. Having no where else to turn, I sent a pm to a mod to get further information.

If there were a seperate forum dedicated to these issues I could have probably searched an answer to my problem and been on my way without bothering a mod at all.

Just a thought, most forums have a place to where all topics about the forum itself can be found.
