Game Joining problem

So I Just bought arma combined operations on steam and installed it and then ran everything once letting it do the first time setups plus install battleye then I install and run sixlauncher and let it patch and install everything

I open a server (NZ) and it launches the game and gets into the server (past that window that has blufor and some other stuff on it) then it loads, then i get receiving...

then I get waiting for character to create, but during this i just get the message on screen "you were kicked off the game (BattlEye: client not responding).

I have since tried several servers both nz and other locations but to no avail, and on the odd occasion sometime the second loading screen craps out and it crashes and says "your swap file is to small".

does anyone know what I can do to resolve this ? (mainly the whole kicked from the server thing since the other error only happened once out of about 10 attempts)

I found out the error was related to my modems firmware (orcon genius)

HI, How did you fix this? I also have an orcon genius modem. PLZ reply as I am getting the exact same error.
