Don't know wither this was posted or not but my Idea Is that the more loss of blood you have the higher the range the zombies can spot you.

Like If you have 5000 blood the zombie's can spot you 5/? more?

I think there are already enough negative effects for low blood. And this has been suggested elsewhere.
