Shaking in First Person - ill, infected, cold?

When I changed into first person view, I noticed my hand was shaking. All HUD indicators are green, and no shock / broken bones displayed. I ran about in the woods for a fair amount of time though. Making a campfire does not seem to help. This is slightly annoying since it makes it impossible to hit anything. No coughing sound afaik.

Any ideas?

it happens after getting hurt at some point however there is no icon to tell you this.

Huh. Thanks guys, will try the painkillers. I really hope I saved some. There should be an icon for that on the HUD.

I found a 24-slot backpack in a supermarket, put it full of good stuff. When I checked some 20 minutes later, I only had my 8-slot coyote bag?! Most of my stuff was gone. Is this just me accidentally picking up another bag at a later point, or did I run into a bug?

possible rollback, possible bug, this kinda shit happens. Just gotta shrug it off, and get back to looting.
