Time Zone.... Changing?

I and many others with shitty computers are forced to play on low to very low settings, therefore making it hard for us to see not only at night, but in the day too. I play on low settings, and on a dark server i have turned up my gamma and brightness, and it almost makes it worse.... But getting to the point, my clan and i have a server that we play on a lot, and i often have to locate to another server of higher ping when it gets dark in order to continue playing. I was wondering if there was any way to change the time-zone so it is rather light and i can stay on my low ping "home" server. I have hfb servers, which have given me nothing but problems thus far, and if there is any way to change the time or the time zone somehow, or make it bright again it'd be great if you told me how or linked me something. Also, if this cant be done, if you could recommend me a new hoster, that would be good :)

vilayer offers timezone changes.

You can just change the time on your dedicated machine and restart... or if you really know what you're doing, just run this script (server side) whenever you want to reset it to day.

_time = "skiptime daytime";
setVehicleInit _time;
processInitCommands;

is it possible to do this with hfb? (just want to know before i get into it)
