Ping of Server OVER 9000!!!!!

For some servers (not all) the ping of which is at 9,999 for some servers and I cannot join. This is very aggravating not because I can't just join them but that I was already in them at a prior date and, making good progress with friends. Is there a solution because if so it would be obliged if someone told me.

Don't use the Six Launcher and use the ingame browser. The ingame browser is updating in realtime.
