DarkHart07 1 Posted July 15, 2012 (edited) So, I just built this brand new PC after hand-picking every part.Proccessor: Phenom II x4 965 BE, slightly overclockedVideo Card: Radeon HD 6750 (Not the best, I know, but that shouldn't matter here)Ram: 6 GigsSo, my thing about this is I'm only getting an average of 10-15 FPS on the very very bare minimum settings - everything on very low and such.Though, I can run virtually any other game, including Arma 2 on max settings, as well as a game like Skyrim averaging at about 30-40 FPS.I'm wondering what's wrong that would be causing it to have such a frame rate drop from about 40 to 10~15, no matter what my settings are; whether they're almost maxed or bare minimum. Anyone have any advice on this?Edit: This is on servers with the lowest amount of ping I can find, usually about 30-40.
