[UI] Hearing/Visual Indicators change color

i think they should change shades for every bar they are, using the same colors as your hunger/thirst indicators. as it is i never really look at it because its hard to tell the difference between 1-2 bars. if u could see the color change in your periph it would be a more useful tool

Id say keep the bars but add the colors aswell

yea i meant that each bar it changes the color so you would have both
