Wait For Hosr...

Hi, I just installed DayZ the hard way (without Six Updater) and whenever I try to join a server I get stuck on "wait for host". I've been sitting here for ages and nothing is happening... Any help?

EDIT: DarkFireTorch is awesome! I downloaded the patch he told me to download and then it worked! :D Thanks!

Have you downloaded the beta patch for Arma II?

Download 94876

Extract the file and run the .exe

EDIT: If you have, the server has not updated to the newest update.

Im betting the singleplayer scenarios won't load either. Id not i have the same issue as well as quite a few other people, It seems to be the Arma Beta patch, so hang tight till a new one is released.

That patch is bugged, either wait for the new one or downgrade.

i could get into servers yesterday when i didnt have the patch but it would come up with i am running the wrong version

I had the same problem this morning. I decided to download the Six updater, it updated DayZ and has been fine since. So i recommend getting Six updater, saves alot of hassle. I manually installed DayZ a few days ago, had it working till i installed the new patch,

I have the updater, still doesn't work. Ive used 94678 or something like that. It just won't work. Please help. Am I using the updater wrong?
