On us 499 back side of base there is a tent out side of the barracks beeing used for server hoping they got a pile too

You can't blame someone for having hope. What were they hoping for?

Is there proof the tent in question is being used for server hopping?

Do you have any names you can provide, or proof as to who's tent it is?

What makes you think that this tent isn't being used to clear loot so that more may spawn for the next person to happen across the barrack?

I set up tents near all the large loot locations on the servers I play on. Whoever loots the spots is more than welcome to move all the junk into the tents so that loot may respawn for the next survivor.
