PointAndClick 6 Posted July 14, 2012 The idea that bandages and secondary ammo are in the same place is a great idea. But why is this idea of having to balance your medical needs with your secondary ammo abandoned when it comes to morphine and epi-pens?My suggestion is: have all medical equipment occupy secondary ammo slot space.
Mustard (DayZ) 20 Posted July 14, 2012 I think there should be a small 3-4 slot first aid pouch
PointAndClick 6 Posted July 15, 2012 I think there should be a small 3-4 slot first aid pouchDo you want a grenade belt as well? Or a food pouch? My point was that you have to balance your gear when medical supplies and secondary ammo takes up the same space. Any way, I would like some consistency. L0G!N (DayZ) 149 Posted July 15, 2012 It's because you have more room as 'normal' inventory and thus there needs to be presure on it from all sorts of items as well, also, if you would add: bloodbags, bandages, painkillers, morphine, antibiotics, epen all to the secondairy slot, there be no room for all and esp. no room for any ammo...And special bags for special purposes, yes please !! http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/29729-if-you-are-good-at-something-professions-teamwork/ ofcourse with a reduction in inventory size in general... Quaby 93 Posted July 15, 2012 It would really overload your secondary inventory if you had to put ALL your medicine in it. It would be annoying to have to open ur bag for a pistol clip everytime you shoot one up since ur spots r taken by meds....
