[1.7.2.3] = Choppers back in-game?

Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering; I've heard talk and rumors that 1.7.2.3 re-enabled the natural spawning of operatable helicopters, is this true, or is the only way for a player to obtain a helicopter still through hacking?

Vipeax said it today in Puddns stream. All the helicopters in game right now are hacked in.
