Cant finish updates or play

I downloaded Arma 2 and Combined Operations last night. I ran them both today and then down loaded six launcher from the Day Z site. I opened six launcher and clicked install/download (forget which it said) it did, then started updating. Then the updater slowed at the end to like 2kb/s download speed. Then it just stopped. So i closed the program and tried again. now everytime i click update/a server to play on i get an error "Unhandled exception during update, Already seems to be a repository Aborting." I've tried deleting the Day Z folder but it will not delete for some reason. I have no clue what to do please help.

Process might still be running. Open Task Manager and end the process for Six Launcher.

I do everything manually.. never bought into the six updater... More bulk then useful.

Can download latest crap and shove it in same time it takes six updater to do it. Plus greater selectivity...

Im a noob when it comes to computers, and program files i torrented the day z stuff from the us mirror but dont know what to do with it :$

End the process and restart six launcher. It should update yo shit.

I did and it gives me the exact same error / problem

cant delete the folder = something is using that folder, restart your pc if you cant figure out what it is. if that doesnt work you will jsut have to figure what is using it lol but the list of possible programs is small
