Momiji 46 Posted July 16, 2012 (edited) Basically just Server Overload, happens to everyone.Wait 3 minutes on the screen then either return to the lobby and try again or try a different server.With never ending loading just restart the game.Nothing else you can do and i'm sure the devs know it's happening, probably other things to worry about like hacking and all the other fixes needed that mess up game play while in-game, right now the creating character and loading problems are random while some bugs are 100% to happen those i assume are higher priority.
