Different Channels?

I see the vehicle chat, direct communcation channel and global, but I see people with a blue channel on screenshots and videos, how do I get that channel?

Side channel. It works the same as Global Channel

Since 1.7.1.5 Side Channel and Global Channel has been removed.

Some servers may still have it but it is against the rules.

On most server you can only use direct, side chat the blue was removed some time ago. It is only enabled on some servers now.
