Weird mouse movement?

Hey,

For some reason when I turn my mouse around the character doesnt turn around, so if I run straight and look around, the character keeps running the same direction but only "looks" around as I turn my mouse.. Now how do I do so the entire character turns around? Im used to in mmorpgs when I hold down right mouse button and turn around, the character turns direction as well aka free-move..

I clicked to set everything to default in controls, but its still the same weird movement type.. anyone who can help would be much appreciated :-)
