Battleye initialization failed

Yesterday everything worked fine, today I downloaded 1.7.2.3 and beta patch 94945. And now every server I try to join kicks me out and I get message Battleye initialization failed.

How to fix this?

you must download the latest client dll from battle eye website for 1.6.1 as thats what the newest beta is running now
