Player keep spawning with DMR, settle charges and all loot. We killed him twice and he spawned again within few minutes with full loot.

diiferent eu server, but i just got killed by a bandid sniper near the supermarket in elektro, when i disconnected and thought i had to start from scratch again i was instead spawned at the location where i was shot with all my equip present. maybe it's a bug?
