I have a Quad core i5 and the loading screen takes forever, 30m just for me on my second time.

Does it get better?

It may have been the server, have you tried other ones? the longest I have had to wait was 5 or so minutes.

It's the server that is really slow. Can be 2 reasons, it's really far away from your country or it's just a fucked up server
