In-game Voice Com problem

Alright so here's the problem.

Everyone in-game claims to hear me perfectly but when any other person talks it is extremely quite, I put the VON all the way to 100%. It feels like it's somehow surround but my headphone can't are only the front left and right or something.

Does somebody know how to fix this, it's extremely frustrating not being able to hear other people talk in-game
