Getting into a vehicle?

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I finaly found an ATV (My first!), but every time I select the option to get into the drivers seat, it makes the animation and then I end up back off the bike again.

I'm currently wearing a gilie suit, so I don't know if that would prevent me from using it (I couldn't find any instances of it on the forum).

And I simply doing something wrong?
