My Guild Banned from US190 Veteran Prox12

6 of my guild (including myself) were just banned for "Hacking/Cheating." This is a baseless accusation and none of us are using any hacks or cheats. The ban was put in place by MrNaviPacho and supported by ExitWounds.

The incident that I assume led to our ban is as follows.

We had gathered the materials to repair the Ural that spawned in the Northwest of the map. We went down to Lopatino to refuel. After that, we headed to the Southeast to Pustoshka where we heard gunfire and two players died (Michael and someone with a clan tag). We turned off our lights and stopped 300-400 meters away, because we saw the lights of a vehicle ahead in the open field. There was a player standing next to a V3S Civilian with broken tires. All I could see was his legs behind the vehicle lit up by an off-road truck behind the V3S. I shot the legs out from under the player, killing Heavy (something like that).

At this point, my squad goes up, loots the body of the player I killed and the V3S. In the loot was a L85A2 AWS. One of my squad picked it up and began scanning the area, spotting a player watching us from behind concealment. After being wounded by my squad member with the L85A2 AWS, that player logged off. We mounted up in the off-road truck and our Ural, and left the area to pick up one of our squad mates who just logged in to the server and spawned along the Southern coast.

In the loot, we grabbed some awesome gear, several weapons, two range finders, etc.

After picking up our squad member who had spawned along the coast, we went back North and parked our vehicles in the forest to sort out the loot. At this point, we were all kicked (Banned for Hacking/Cheating).

Luckily, the clan that owns that server has a teamspeak:

Two of my members logged on to talk to an admin there, who listened to our story and asked for our names so that he could unban us and speak to the admin who put the bans in place. The server was reset shortly afterwards, however we were still banned. At the same time, my two squad members were banned from their TS3 server (I understand that this is their private server and we're not seeking appeals for that).

I would like to seek ban appeals for my following guild members (these are the names they were using when they were banned).

I was also just banned from their server. There are a few other people who are in the same "clan" and I cannot say if they were banned as well as I was the only one on tonight.

I'm curious as to why so many people were suddenly banned for the same reason. Also, I was the one who died with michael. I snuck up and killed him and was then killed by his buddy (who at this point, I'm assuming was an admin).

EDIT: I also cannot access their website. Says I am not allowed to view this page. Seems I got IP banned from the website as well.

EDIT2: Also banned from their teamspeak instantly when I tried to join it.

when join their teamspeak channel to ask why some people were randomly banned they banned me from their teamspeak :-/ they seem pretty ban happy for no reason

I was also banned from their teamspeak server when I had logged on to find out why my friends had been banned. I had poked one of the admins in their DayZ channel and was promptly removed for no reason.

Edit: I have been banned from Us190 Veteran for unknown reasons.

Seems like these admins are pretty asinine. I can't wait to see if the admins of that server reply in this thread. Though I suppose proving this is pretty easy. We should all log into that server and their TS and ask why they ban people with no reason or proof.

Maybe ill try that myself tonight.

I actually asked the admins to post here, I sent an e-mail through their website yesterday. In the end, we've obviously moved on and we're playing on another server, but it's the principle of it all, damn it!

Sounds like a case of butt-hurt admin. They know they're in the wrong because they aren't even trying to defend their actions. Also, banning people trying to contact them on their TS and forums? Obviously admin abusing.

Me and my friends were on this server on Monday, July 16th @ around 12am Eastern timezone (GMT -5)

We had just filled our ural and moved to a new campsite. We began looking for other vehicles and boats along the coast when i was killed in Berezino. My friends acquired most of my stuff but we were missing some crucial items so we headed back towards camp.

Around this time the server admin began saying things in console chat. Saying things like "Lookout (insert name here) DayZ Dan and (my other friend) are closing in on your position!" Sure enough we came across the player in question 30 seconds later.

We then came across two of the resident clan guys <AcG> jesus and <AcG> (forgot his name) and promptly killed the latter. The Jesus guy server hopped with low blood to escape. JUST AFTER we had done that, the server console said something like "Oh (guys name i forgot), you were my Morpheus". The console also said things like "Dayz Dan gave me the best night of my life last night" and other such things.

IMPORTANT PART:

We were almost back to where our camp was hidden, an amazing trek to undertake if you don't have any vehicle, not to mention how well hidden it was... (we own half the vehicles on the server) and suddenly shots were fired from a click away along the hills. We serpentine and duck for cover in several patches of pinetrees. We were all subsequently shot THROUGH pine trees while prone and still moving from at least a click away (the m107 sounded like machine guns but were at least 1000 away from the soft noise). Unknown how many guys were there, we had no visual.

The suspicious part is our campsite had only been there for about 30 minutes, it was extremely remote, it was all too convenient that we had just killed some clan members and the server admin was viewing our locations through admin powers and we get sniped with near precision while changing directions through pine trees from a far distance away....

*edit* BOTH OUR CAMPSITES (COMPLETE OPOSITE ENDS OF THE MAP) WERE' SIMULTANEOUSLY RAIDED. aLL VEHICLES FROM BOTH SITES ALSO TAKEN.
