1.7.2.3 still stuck on "Loading"

so i have the new patch and it says

[1.7.1.2] Stuck on the last screen saying "Loading Fixed

Im still getting this, infact im getting it more than i did before, is anyone else still having this issue?

Yeah, i thought the same, I am on my 8th server now and still getting the same result, not sure what is going on here, 9th hit was the charm.... meh all is good in Dayz land now :P Edited July 14, 2012 by Gareth

I hit the same problem. You have beta 94945 installed right? Revert back one version number (94786 I think?) and it should work fine. Just download the older beta and install, it will replace 94945.

I fixed my issue by:

1. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead (this is with Windows 7)

2. check the expansions folder and see if there is a folder called 'BattlEye'

3. If it isn't there, go back to the main OA folder and open the 'BEsetup' folder

4. Run the 'Setup_BattlEyeARMA2OA' program

This will manually install BE for OA, which steam had a hard time doing on its own.

Then, before you join a server, turn off any anti virus temporarily.

I know when my BattlEye tried to update, it failed because my Avast stopped the download.

ok so, it would seem i am still having this problem, can connect to some servers but most keep locking me at loading i have beta 94876 and the 1.7.2.3 anyone else with this problem still?

I have problems with loading 94945 patch (updating BE dll's not helping too). Stucking on loading or getting kicked by BattleEye.

Rolling back to 94876 helped.
