3000 plus zombies on one server :)

Just wanted to say that dallas 11 hit over 3000 zombies at one point last night and the server was running like a champ with 50 people on. we did however lock the server and test for a little bit after to see why so many spawned (for interests sake)

If you like dallas 11 let me know :)

Also if you know how exactly to increase the player cap please pm me as im 100% sure that the server can handle more the 50 people.

ppl are looking into lowering the max ping as that might be the biggest issues for stability for that many people. Seen servers doing up to 70ish

If you are using Monitor, go to the server directory, find Config.xml adjust max players value to suit. also edit cfgdayz\server.cfg to reflect the value.

That should do it.

we just hit 3750 on one server before i restarted since the server had been up for about 18 hours. zombie to person ratio was crazy
