Error creating direct3D 9 graphical engine

So, i installed a new motherboard, had to reinstall windows, redownloaded arma II and Arma2OA, and now i'm getting this error.

Try and edit the short cut parameter so it reads " -mod=@DayZ" I've had the same problem after applying the latest Arma2: OA patch.
