What's the best place to look for a hunting knife?

Seems as if it's a dumb question but I have checked the elektro supermarket multiple times, checked the school *Big building next to the market*

Checked numerous other buildings, still nothing.

It's the last piece of equipment I need before I can venture beyond the main cities so any help is appreciated.

Hunting knifes spawn pretty common and can be found in Residential/Civilian, Industrial, General Military, Barracks

The shops, the house with the orange bricks and the house with the red bricks spawn knifes regulary as far as i know.
