What happened:

I died, and then respawned without losing any items or weapons.

Where you were:

Near Electro the first time, out in the wilderness the second time.

What you were doing:

First time I was shot in a barn by a survivor. Second time a ladder glitched and I fell to my death. Rejoined the server both times and got the glitch.

1.6.0 I believe.

Can't remember specifically, but I think it was a UK server first time and a DE server the second.

*Your system specs:

3.20GHz quad core intel i5, 6GB RAM, NVidia GeForce GTS 240

*Timeline of events before/after error:

First time I'd been logged in for about five minutes, done nothing except search a barn, cllect a gun or two before being shot and killed. Second time I just climbed a ladder, fell off and died. I might have hit the respawn button at some point by mistake, but not sure if that's relevant.
